AFTERCARE 24hr Crime Scene Cleanup

I call aftercare when my warranty co told me that they didn't clean out a crawl spaces from a broken pipe that had been leaking sewage into the crawl space, the pipe had to be broken for a very long time because of the amount of waste that after care remove needless to say Mr.Redd and his team came on time and did an excellent job and was finished before I was ready for work and his price was very fair and I really appreciate all his professionalism and attention detail great job!!!

We found out we had about a 12 foot radius of raw sewage under a our house because our pipes had busted when we were unaware. Mr Redd came out the day before Christmas Eve and completely cleared it out as well as sanitize and deodorized the area. The price was definitely reasonable and we were so grateful for them to come out right before a major holiday. They were very professional and very quick. We would definitely use them again if needed and they are highly recommended in our books.

Aftercare is a phenomenal company owned by a great guy. James was extremely sympathetic of the situation at hand. Called him and he was willing to come and clean up immediately. Very fair priced and quick. Highly recommended!!!

James and his crew did a phenomenal job clearing out an entire single family house which was completely hoarded with items in just one day. It took two dumpsters to complete the job as well. The crew were very polite, hardworking, punctual and disciplined. I totally recommend their services hands-down for whole house removal services!

I cannot say enough good things about James Redd and his Aftercare crew. James is extremely responsive, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He is one in a million. James was a life saver in cleaning the biohazard left by a family member's untimely death. James is soothing and caring in dealing with the survivors. He immediately arrives, assesses the situation, makes and recommends a plan, and is unbelievably adept at and patient with dealing with the emotions of the situation. The clean up job was top notch and extremely thorough. James Redd is an answer to prayers. Despite the sad, sad circumstances, we feel very blessed to have been able to work with James Redd. I am very thankful for and grateful to James for all of his help. I highly recommend James Redd and his crew without reservation.

My husband and I had a raw sewage leak throughout our crawl space and we are extremely fortunate that we found James Redd from Aftercare. I made an after hour phone call, and James answered immediately. He was at our home early the next morning with a professional assessment of the damage, and a reasonable estimate. His team wasted no time whatsoever, taking care of the problem. James conducted himself in an extremely professional, responsive manner. Our damage was taken care of promptly, safely and thoroughly. I have told everyone I know about Aftercare's services. There is not a better company to turn to with a situation such as this. Highly, highly recommend.
